Questions people ask us
Does it tell callers it's an AI?
Yes. The first thing it says is that it's an AI assistant and the call may be recorded.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It won't guess. It takes a message, and the question shows up in your list the next morning.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep the number you have and forward calls to your assistant: all of them, or just the ones you don't pick up.
Can it take food orders or payments?
Not today. It never takes card numbers. For orders it puts the call through to you or takes a message.
